Premier Prospect Agency was founded by Enzo Parker — a former professional midfielder who played across three clubs in Spain, including time in the development setup of La Liga's RCD Mallorca, before bringing that European pedigree home to Utah.
Enzo doesn't just know the game from the pitch. As Assistant Director of Coerver Mountain West — one of the world's leading player-development organizations — and Head Coach of Avalanche U15 West, he develops players for a living. In 2025 he earned a coaching invitation from the New York Red Bulls MLS Youth Academy.

For players outside our in-house teams, high-quality game film is critical to constructing highlight reels. If you already have usable footage (such as Hudl, Veo, or parent-filmed games), we can edit with it.
