Because our job is to market your athlete building public profiles, editing highlight reels, and sending them directly to college coaches we handle a lot of personal and athletic data. We take your privacy, and especially the privacy of your young athletes, incredibly seriously.

Below, we break down exactly what information we collect, why we need it, how we use it to get your player recruited, and how we protect it. No dense legalese here just straightforward facts about how we run things.

1. What We Collect (And Why We Actually Need It)

We don't collect data just for the sake of it. Everything we ask for has a specific purpose: helping your athlete stand out.

Information You Give Us Directly

Parent/Guardian Contact Info: Your name, email address, and phone number. We use this to coordinate video editing timelines, talk strategy, and keep you updated on recruitment progress.

Athlete Profile Details: Your player’s name, birth year, age group, club team, and league (whether they are grinding in MLS NEXT, ECNL, Girls Academy, UPL, or UYSA Premier). We also collect their on-field positions, athletic metrics, and coach evaluations.

Media Assets: The game footage you provide, or the video we capture ourselves while standing on the sidelines at tournaments like the Utah Surf Invitational.

Payment Details: When you invest in one of our tiers ($199, $699, or $1,999), your financial data is processed entirely by secure, encrypted third-party payment processors. We never see or store your credit card numbers on our systems.

Information We Collect Automatically

Website Basics: Like almost every modern website, our system automatically notes some basic technical info when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and which pages you click on. This just helps us keep the website running smoothly.

2. How We Use the Information

Our entire business model is built around getting your player noticed. Because of that, we use your data to directly fuel their recruitment journey:

Building the Good Stuff: We use the metrics and history you give us to build our signature "scout-style," one-page player profiles and to cut professional, high-impact highlight reels.

Direct Marketing: If you’re on our full recruiting package, we use this data to pitch your athlete directly to college coaches and academy scouts who are actively looking for talent.

Keeping Touch: We'll use your contact info to send you your player’s shareable links, give you recruitment timeline updates, or just ask a quick question about a specific game clip.

3. How and When We Share Your Data

By definition, a recruiting service has to share your information—otherwise, nobody would see how great your athlete is!

The Intentional Sharing: We openly share player profiles, video reels, and athletic stats with college coaches, scouts, and academy recruiters. This is the exposure you are hiring us to provide.

Behind-the-Scenes Tech: We share data with trusted tech partners who help us run our business like our website host, video hosting platforms, and email delivery tools. They are bound by strict rules to keep your data safe.

Legal Safeguards: In the incredibly rare event that the law requires it (like a court order), we may have to share information to protect our company, our families, or the public.

What we NEVER do: We will never sell, rent, or trade your or your child's personal contact information to random third-party marketing companies. We hate spam just as much as you do.

4. Keeping Kids Safe (Our Under-13 Policy)

While we are deeply embedded in youth sports, our website and services are meant to be purchased and managed by parents and legal guardians.

We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under the age of 13.

All player profiles, footage processing, and onboarding details must be submitted and authorized by a parent or guardian.

If we discover that a child under 13 has somehow bypassed this and sent us their information directly without parental consent, we will delete that data immediately.

5. Security and How Long We Keep Things

We treat your data like we treat our own game film—with care. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal details from getting lost, stolen, or accessed by unauthorized people.

We keep your athlete’s profile and reels active for as long as they need them for the college recruiting process. If your athlete commits to a school (congrats!), wraps up their recruiting journey, or you simply want their profile taken down from our system, just let us know. We’ll archive or delete it right away.

6. You’re in the Driver’s Seat (Your Rights)

At the end of the day, it's your data. You have the right to:

Ask to see exactly what information we have on file for you and your athlete.

Request quick fixes if a stat, jersey number, or club team is wrong.

Tell us to permanently delete your information and take down your player's profile.

Opt-out of our agency's update emails or marketing newsletters at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email.

7. Changes to This Policy

As our agency grows and college recruiting rules evolve, we might need to tweak this policy. If we make any big changes, we’ll update the "Effective Date" at the top of the page. Feel free to check back here every now and then.
